AfroUnderscoreStud is currently the highest ranked in terms of B/P, with over 120000 points. I'm a Supreme Commander myself, with over 34000 points---but I'm only ranked 88th at the moment.
Supreme Commander really isn't THAT hard to get as long as you're patient---it might take a few years for most people, about year for very active people. The important thing is to vote based on what you think of a flash, not whether or not you think it'll pass.
